I had a customer request a refund for a course they did not like. I went to PayPal and "refunded" their money. Then I went into the course to unenroll them, but found that they were already gone. Later I got an e-mail message from my website saying that their money was refunded.
I'm wondering.. does the student automatically get unenrolled if the PayPal transaction is refunded?
They may have unerolled themselves.
