yeah I have never attend a moodle dev conf before so I'm really interested, any details available somewhere? Is it by invitation only? 
It is generally for people with CVS commit access. If you are at least putting code in /contrib you qualify.

And one question to your persony conference. On their website I read that with "Persony VShow Professional you can have up to 25 attendees per meeting". Your conference page shows "Created with Persony VShow LE 1.0.63.0" which allows 10 attendees per meeting. Will we have group work with groups of 10 in the conference?

And yes, Persony is restricted to ten. Probably audio and chat is enough, but I'll ask Bryan if we can use his elluminate room again as a backup.

While I would like to be there, I am leaving very early in the morning to go on holiday so I think I'll either be in my bed or still doing the ironing when the conference is happening.
