I posted this a while back, when I had less information, but here's the new version:
In one of my courses, there are ten topics. In a certain subset of the topics, when I want to add a forum, the 'visible to participants' box is set to 'hide', and is greyed out.
Does anyone know why I (logged in as admin) would not be able to change this setting? Is there a setting in the course that would cause this?
Any help would be most appreciated!
