I just posted in social forum on this.
I discovered (for me anyway) that placing HTML code that displays an image, in the answer or in the choice for a question works.
For example: Ask the question: "which is the animal?" Display pictures of a rock, tree, car and human. Student checks off their selection next to the picture.
Since I am not swift on HTML code, I generated it with the insert image icon, switched from WYSIWYG to text mode, found the code, cut it, then went to choice 1 and pasted the code. I repeated this process for every picture I wanted to appear in the answer section. Probably the long way but it works.

Thanks for the tip. I am new to moodle, and am learning how to create questions. I am trying to figure out how to mix text and calculated values in answers. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks,
