How to share a NEWS block site wide, so it appears in every course?
I create a news block on the main page, bu cannot get it to appear in every course.

In 1.6 you could create a HTML sticky block and put your news in there. This can then be set to appear in every course.
I don't think there is a way pre-1.6.
