Been trying to get this working in the lates 1.6 beta build with no luck.
I get through the first setup process fine. But when I click either "save or return" or "edit questions" I get "This course doesn't exist"
Why would this start happening with 1.6?
P.S. I have the latest build of questionaire installed

It looks like the id is being dropped. It should be (in this case) id=128

I have a WIMP Server (Windows 2003, IIS 6.0, MySQL 5.0.19, PHP 5.1.2) and was trying to migrate to 1.6 Beta 5 using the latest questionnaire code; however, I get the message that a required parameter is missing despite the fact that the url appears to be trying to pass one

I also noticed that the module does not appear to have a utfdbmigrate.php script.

One of the things I love about the Moodle community is that when I get tied up into other things and am forced to put Moodle on the side burner I can count on others to keep things moving. The sense of teamwork and collaboration is very encouraging. So please save your hand for giving yourself a pat on the back. You make a great contribution to the Moodle community.
I have fixed and committed this bug. There is a 1.6 branch of this off of /contrib/questionnaire/ called 'Questionnaire16'.

Thanks for your continued work with the questionnaire module. I was able (with a some help from Chardelle) to get the Questionnaire16 tagged version from CVS. I will be traveling this weekend and will not get a chance to play much with it. Peace.
