Good day
We would like to give students the opportunity to apply in text or with a document for given topics. Thereby max. 2 students can apply for a topic and then the suitable person for the topic will be selected by trainer.
The rejected person must then have the possibility to apply again for an available topics.
What is the best way to do this in Moodle?
