The fields that are exported are not selectable.
So regardless of what you use as the filter to find the users (authentication etc..)
The fields that are returned in the CSV file will always be:
username, email, firstname, lastname, idnumber, institution, department,phone1,phone2, city and country.
The only way you can get custom fields is to use SQL queries using something like the ad-hoc reports report or the configurable reports block for Moodle.
