Simple way of moving question to categories (Moodle4+)

Hi,

In moodle 3, there was an easy way to change the category of the question during editing: simply uncheck "use this category" at the top and use the dropdown.

It was also easy to move multiple questions because the category list was at the bottom of the page.

In moodle 4 the first solution is disabled, and the second requires 3 more clicks and waiting for pages to load.

Has someone found simple solution to change the category of the question?

Is someone working on a plugin proposing an easier to move questions around categories?

From the question bank you can go into a category, select any number of questions and from the bottom of the page, move them to a different category?

In moodle 4 there are even more clicks than before to do that.
I know that Tim Hunt mentioned that in Moodle 4 the question bank became "pluginable"... I was hoping someone was working on a tool to easily move the questions bank or add tags without opening each question...
