We have recently upgraded from 1.4.5 to 1.5.3+ but the questionnaires do not seem to be transferring over when we restore the courses. Can anyone help please - I have been asked to show the responses to a questionnaire on Friday and I can't get them online!!!

For upgrading the procedure that I would recommend is
- Backup the database
- Backup (copy/move) the 1.4.5 version of your code (in case you made modifications)
- Delete the 1.4.5 version of your Moodle code
- Install the 1.5.3+ version of Moodle code
- Goto the /admin page and let the 1.5.3+ code upgrade the database(including the questionnaire module)
This approach is better then trying to restore on older version and more likely to succeed. You may have to use the 1.4.5 version of the questionnaire module first and try restoring using that and then upgrade to the latest questionnaire code. Mike may have some suggestions.
