Using EasyPHP makes this very easy smile

Right click on the [e] in the lower-right of the screen and select:

configuration - > PHP Extensions - > PHP_IMAP

Should be all there is to it.

Good luck

Thanks John
Your easyPhp solution worked. My Moodle Intranet is now fully functional. I have been able to upgrade my school's intranet from a slow PC running on NT4 to an upgraded faster PC running on XP. MySQL and Moodle are running well without any loss of data. Just goes to show that the Moodle system is flexible.

Thanks for your help
