I do not believe such a model exist. The design/programming behind Moodle does not take a strictly OO approach (though parts may use some of the OO features of PHP. I did create an ERD diagram of the database structure a while ago, but it was probably significantly incorrect and based on deduction rather than hard fact.

The documentation that I did have from early designs is all well out of date now and not useful.
There is a lot of method in the code, I know some of it is not as obvious as it could be ... some day I should write a book or something.
It would help to know EXACTLY what kind of documentation people want.
