I downloaded the zip format version of moodle 1.5.3 + on Wednesday 19/04/06.

Installation problems with my iis 5.1 (Windows XP) meant that I did not get moodle up and running till last night.  Everything is good now except for the following error message.

Module questionnaire: c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\moodle/mod/questionnaire/version.php was not readable

The reason it's not readable is because it's not there.  In fact the only object in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\moodle\mod\questionnaire is a single file, locallib.php.

Is it just version.php that I am missing or should there be a folder stucture in questionnaire that is also missing?

Whatever I am missing, please could someone advise me where to grab the missing file(s)?

I downloaded the zip file again last night and the questionnaire folder was identical to the first download.

New to Moodle but impressed already by the forums and support.

I've got the same error, on windows 2003 server and apache 2.0.52/PHP 4.3.9. It happends when I log in as admin.

Does anyone know whats happening?

I too noticed that the zip file:

http://download.moodle.org/download.php/modules/stable15/questionnaire.zip

was incomplete - only the locallib.php file is in the zip. This is obviously an error so I went over to:

http://download.moodle.org/modules/questionnaire.zip via the Modules and Plugins link in the Main Menu (left sidebar) and that seems to be up to date (and I hope for 1.5.3 as it seems unclear. Perhaps Mike could fix the stable15/questionnaire.zip. I have not had a chance to read about the status of the questionnaire module in 1.6.
