I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but when I try to create a link to a telnet site through either the HTML editor or directly in the code <a href="telnet://servername.com"> link </a> it converts the link to the HTTP protocol.

Is there a way to link to a telnet resource?

I'm current using ewiki with Moodle 1.5.3.

Any help would be appreciated
