Can anyone who has done this in real life write more detailed steps for those 3 things:

a) How to tell my ISP to make a change to servertimeout

b) What to check in the file .htaccess

c) The moodle admin menu should equal ....? zero or what max value?

PS: When I said longer I meant a lot longer. I mean like 2 or more days. Perhaps 5 days and then have it closed when the teacher makes commentary in the assesment. At that point I have noticed that the student can make edit revisions, and then get the timer counting down.
