While chatting with a group of 5+ students, an instructor got kicked out of the chat room. First symptom was that the message area froze and new messages could not get posted. Then instructor got "User Not Registered" message. The only way out was to close the chat window and start over again.
Has anybody encountered this problem before? Our Moodle runs on a Linux box and instructor was on IE in Win XP.
