Chat button doesn't work sometimes

I have upgraded my moodle from 3.9 to 4.0 after upgrade the chat box doesn't open sometimes. After testing few times it worked in incognito, mozilla but doesn't open in chrome. I cleared my broswer history and purged cache on moodle it ddn't help.

Not an exact solution I just redirected to index.php page on click of chat button so instead of the drawer it will open as a new page
