How to grade attendance activity as a percentage of the entire course grading?

Hello everyone.
I'm mounting a Moodle for a client with the Attendance plugin on it.
The client asked that he would like the attendance of the students (that is taking in account they are marked as 'present') to account the 10% of the entire course grading, or if it's not possible at least the 10% of the completion progress of the course, but if it reflects on the points/calification/grading of the students the better.
I suppose this can be configured through the grade book, but I want to make sure.

Is there actually a way to achieve this?

Yes, you can do this in the gradebook. In most of the grading types but for sure in natural grading you can assign a percentage to each activity/category/whatever you need.

In the end the client changed his opinion and didn't wanted this approach, but I appreciate the help nonetheless. 🙂
