I use Moodle platform (v4)
I set the self-enrollment and the users are able to enroll themselves in the course. But when I wanted to enroll a student who hasn't self-enrolled from the participant's page of the course, I notice that I see all the users on the list, even enrolled ones.
Please see my settings and issue below.
As I know it shouldn't be like that. On our other Moodle platforms, I see only the users who haven't enrolled in the course. So, it's easy to see who I can enroll. I'm confused because we also use different enrolment methods in other moodle platforms (v4 and v3.11) but there is no confusion there. If someone is enrolled in the course somehow, then he/she shouldn't be seen on the list of users who can be enrolled. Otherwise, we can't know who we are going to enroll from the list.
Is this a bug? Or I missed a setting? Please help.
Would you please also help me with the up and down of the plugins' sequence?
If I bring the Self enrolment to the top, what happens?
