How to restrict the teacher to mark the attendance during session time. (Not before or Not After)
After that teacher don't allow to mark the attendance.

That's not something that is currently supported - it's assumed that Teachers should be able add the attendance at any time. Only students doing self-marking of their own attendance can be restricted based on the session time.
