Totally agree with you about always keeping our end users (as well as the 'intermediaries' ones, of course) at the centre of our research and improvements goals, so that's why the Product Experience team along with all UX designers at HQ are working to recruit a large panel of all types of user personas in order to collaborate and work together in producing better solutions.
