Hosting recommendation - with MySQL 4.1.16 ?

Am wishing to set up a Moodle 1.6 installation, but my Hosting service is not yet using MySQL 4.1.16, & has no plans for upgrading to it -
Are any of you using hosting services using MySQL 4.1.16, that you might recommend?

Will,

Your best bet is always a "moodle partner" as they know moodle and have what it takes to run your site.

My install is only a small school site and we use onsmart.com.  They have just upgrade (at my request) to 4.1.18
