The quiz submission notification works fine, the problem is that the notification when quizes are graded doesn't work.
Still trying to make it work with no results, unfortunately.

Hi Ken,

Unfortunately, I'm having the same issue, despite what seems to be aproper config, as reported here:

Strangely, the Student is not receiving any Submission Confirmation either, even though this was working before our upgrade to Moodle 4.

Thanks for replying.
I got Submission Confirmation notifications to work somehow but still no Attempt Graded notifications. I have reset all permissions in the site to default and I'm going to try to set everything up from the beginning. I'm also looking at the code that triggers the task to see if I can debug and find any answers. I'll post again if I get any solutions.
