im the administrator, and even if i assign teachers they can't edit their courses because they don't have the turn on editing inside the course

Why are you running the version designed for Moodle 3.8 on 3.11?

I already upgrade our version of ADAPTABLE to 3.11.1.2.

and it answered my questions.
