How do I change the arrows ◄ ► in the course navigation?

How do I change the arrows ◄ ► in the course navigation? I searched for these symbols in all moodle the files, in the my moodle database. Found it only in the file \course\templates\activity_navigation.mustache. But editing in this file does not give results (I purged all caches). Where is the definition of these symbols located?

p/s. Why are triangles displayed beautifully on your forum, how can I change this?🤔 How can I change the font?

Moodle 3.11.10+, default theme Boost. I installed it a few days ago.

Look at 'check_theme_arrows()' in '/lib/outputlib.php', that strangely contradicts the accessibility comment on 'larrow()' in '/lib/outputrenderers.php;.
