I've had a number of users report that sometimes the text box for responding to a forum post isn't visible, keeping them from adding a post. The window opens when they click to post a response, but no text box.
Some people report that refreshing corrects the problem, but refreshing doesn't solve the problem for other people. Some people have reported having the problem even when they change computers in their home.
