Hello
I think this should be related to Moodle course configuration. Not related to plugnmeet plugin.
Is there a way to configure the starting and end time for a course on Moodle?
You should configure something there, I think.

Thanks for your message. I tried on Moodle but didn't find any section to configure this. This is an important feature to schedule a class for my students.

Hello, sorry for my previous message. This should be configured in the plugin configuration section. We have upgraded our plugin, in this version you will find a section to configure the lesson/class start and end time. In this way, you can schedule a lesson at any time you want. The section named: Availability
Also here is the direct link to upgrade/install plugnmeet plugin for Moodle.
https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_plugnmeet
I am sure this can solve the problem you mentioned.

I used both the Moodle configured and the demo link.
It still showed "Error: could not establish signal connection" when using the admin or participant.
My browser is Google Chrome.

That is interesting, I tested again and both worked on my end.
Do you have a local firewall?
Can you try this link with your mobile phone?

See if it works with you on mobile data. (using 4G/5G)

Are you saying this issue is with the network?

I am using 4G network.

I will try it offline, I mean in a LAN network.

Did you test again?
You can try a different browser as well to see if the problem is still there or not.
It should be a local environment issue since from my end, all working well.
Thanks
