COURSE COMPLETION TABLE NOT UPDATING

I already set my cron

(scheduled every minute)


activity completion ( i only have one activity on my course )


and course completion settings



but my course completion table is still not updating!

I just want to see the learners on course_completion table so I can know if they are in progress, not yet started or completed . 

any suggestions why?

do you know where on code I can manually check if the cron is successfully running? or is there any settings i missed?

Site Admin>server>tasks>Scheduled Tasks

Look at both of these cron jobs:

Completion marks as started
Calculate regular completion data

what is the correct value for completion marks as stated?
it is currently set to run every 16 hours and 15 minutes

I set the "Completion mark as started" to run every minute and its now working! Thank you so much! I didn't know i need to change this.
I just don't know what this task means, will there be a problem if I set this to RUN EVERY MINUTE ?

min are set to run every minute - I have lots of students and lots of courses.
