Unable to find Public Key Issue in LTI 1.3 launch

Hi Team,

On Moodle cloud, I have created a course and I navigated through the option below.

Site Administration>>Enrolments>> Publish as LTI tool >> Tool registration.

After successful tool and platform registration. I tried to launch the course from LTI1.3 by submitting an form with id_token and state parameters but getting below mentioned error. Although when I created tool/Platform I have not got any public or private key. Please help on this.
