I have detected a small issue with the user/policy.php page, when browsing it from mobile browsers. It happens mainly with Firefox but also with other browsers, although it affects much less.
Moodle environment:
- Moodle 3.11.8
- Theme Boost (standard, 2021051700)
- sitepolicyhandler <- default
- site policies configured via a URL in sitepolicy
Client environment:
- Android 12
- Firefox 103.1
In that environment, on the user/policy.php page, when scrolling down to accept policies, it constantly "bounces" to the top and does not allow to display the accept policy form. If you insist again and again, it is possible that in some cases it stays at the bottom and can be accepted.
This also happens in 3.9 but it happens much less and in one or two attempts it allows you to accept the policies. With Chrome or Brave it does not affect so much, it makes the bounce effect but in one or two attempts you can already see the accept button.
If you put the phone horizontally, the problem stops.
I have not been able to replicate the behavior from desktop.
