It seems that some of the underlying code in Moodle 4.x has changed so that the "utf8_to_entities()" function now converts all text to lower case! That doesn't help us
, so I've added a fix to do the right thing.
Please arrange for your the HotPot module on your Moodle site to be updated at the next convenient opportunity. Your the capital letters in your JQuiz activities should appear as expected.
