We had done a custom page for user enrolment in a course, the user gets enrolled and that particular course is available to his login.
My problem is that whenever users log in and take this course, user is not able to view the topic immediately after a hard reset of the browser or whenever the user does login logout activity he can view that course topics and when the user login into the incognito tab he can see that course topic immediately.
