Is there any way or any plugin which helps us to send a customize email once course is completed?

Does it need to be an email? You could just display a message using a label. In it, you could use FilterCodes plain text tags to display information like first name {firstname}, last name {lastname} and more.
You might also take a look at the Custom Certificat plugin. I seem to recall that it can send a custom message along with the certificate.

Hi again,
Take a look at the Reengagement plugin. You may be able to use it to automatically send a "Completion" email if you have completion tracking enabled.
