I want to enter several menu items, but when I enter the format as shown in the example, it only displays 1 item. Please help

Custom menu items are limited depending on your app subscription. Free subscriptions only include 1 custom menu item, so maybe that's the problem? You can learn more about the plans in apps.moodle.com.
