Is it possible when you create a new course, it automatically enables the self enrolment method? (see attachment)
It is tiring when you enable it 1 by 1 per course. Thank you!

I don't know whether https://moodle.org/plugins/local_course_templates would handle that, assuming the new courses inherit the enrollment methods of the template course.

You can use a template course to do this. Create such an empty course with the settings you want including turning this method on. Back it up and then use Restore to create the new courses.
