I've updated Collapsed Topics for Moodle 3.11 as follows:
Version 3.11.1.0 for Moodle 3.11 version 2021051700.00 (Build: 20210517) and above within the 3.11 branch until the next release:

with:
- Fix 'Error during course creation if defaultdisplayblocks is empty' - CONTRIB-8824.
- Fix 'Mark as done completion box displaying above label activity in Collapsed topics when editing is turned off' - CONTRIB-8818.
- Fix 'Broken ARIA controls name'.
