Hello,

I have met a problem with activity completion (viewing external url). Only command INSERT INTO mdl_course_modules_completion (coursemoduleid,userid,completionstate,viewed,overrideby,timemodified) VALUES('xxx', ... ) was done. Student had tried many times to open that url again, but it is still viewed as uncompleted. It doesn’t seem to work command UPDATE mdl_course_modules_completion SET coursemoduleid = 'xxx', userid = '123' , ....

I have no idea what happend. Any suggestion. That problem concerns only one student in a course.

Moodle ver. 3.9.9+

I have almost the same issue. Mine is with a survey and it affects many students but when I tried to pass the survey with a test user it works. Can't figure out why some students have the issue and some don't.

Can someone help us?
