The Moodle Cloud administrator page says 5GB is the maximum upload. The movie file I am trying to upload is 1.1GB. It is giving me the following error.

Our MoodleCloud plans have strict limits and our max file storage means the maximum storage for your entire site. The individual file upload size is set to 100 MB across all file types and plans. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed. This includes:
In order to optimise your storage limit and upload limit, we recommend you read our solution article on MoodleCloud file storage. Your best option in this case would be to upload your video in an external file hosting service and then link it to your site using the Resource URL.
