first of all, please notice that 3.4.7 is a version from January 2019. The official support for 3.4 ended on 13 May 2019, three years ago. See https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Releases
You should always keep your site upgraded to supported Moodle LMS versions, otherwise, your site is exposed to bugs (including security issues).
Moodle has the so-called LTS versions with extended support (36 months) so if you don't have the resources to do continuous upgrades you should at least go for an LTS version.
Regarding your question about a matrix with support/versions, we can't encourage people to not-update their sites by saying that the app will work with unsupported Moodle versions.
We can only say that we guarantee that the app will always work with the latest supported Moodle version onward, which is 3.9 right now (although it will also work according to our tests with 3.5 onward)
