"...average user." Is there such a user?
Have worked with quite a few folks concerning moodle and many have confessed they were really unaware of the depths they would need to go to do x/y/z. But, they were willing/motivated to do what it took - which, to me, is a sign of a good educator! In a way, they are not only 'talking the talk', but also 'walking the walk'
Those that just find it too difficult are willing to find some commercial support ... even to the point of going with an MP.
So, I guess, for many, a GI for upgrading isn't really necessary. For others, when the pain of change is less than the pain of staying the same .... change will happen!
