Embedded Videos not showing in Moodle App on Glossary Activity

Hi

Not sure if this is a Moodle App issue or a Database issue. 

Running 3.11.4+

We use the Database Activity as a video library (embedding Vimeo videos). However when viewed using the app, the videos are not displayed.

Can anyone advise how to resolve this? We are using this embed code:

I recommend checking the filters. Sometimes there can be a conflict in with the multimedia filter. You may need to turn it on or off. You may have some other media filters that might be the cause as well.

Thanks for your reply. These are the only filters we have enabled:


I disabled VideoJS and refreshed the app but no joy. I'm also concerned of the effect disabling this might have on other content in the site.

Dan,
Go to the database that you created and go to the gear icon and select filters.

database settings

From there you can select which filters you want to use. It won't affect any other courses or activities.

List of filters used in the database you created.

My problem was having the multimedia plugin on.

Thanks David. 

I disabled Multimedia Filter (it was On) but still no joy; videos not appearing in the app.

I also tried. using the Insert Video option from the Atto toolbar. This does make the videos appear, but they lose all responsive settings and flood the screen.

Wahh!!

Actually I'm so sorry - this is a GLOSSARY activity, not the Database. DOH!
