Ohhhh...well in that case ... you *are* 'paying' yourself ... forward.
Do install and run Tuner on production ... no need to run on clone and really better to run on a moodle (s) that are in constant use for they are the ones that will need tweaking. Better tweaking/performance means more time spent on other things ... like teaching!
