Hello everyone, as a teacher am I able (maybe via a plugin) to kick a specific user out of a quiz while they're doing their attempt (e.g. in case I catch them cheating)?

Never heard of such a feature or plugin, but perhaps you could hand grade them down to a lower mark?

If you boot them from the course then they will be ejected from the quiz, since they won't have permission to view it, when they next click on a link, but I would like a less drastic way too.

In case you want to throw out a single user from a quiz, use the override functionality and there set a short time limit.
