In my case, clearing cache didn't solve the problem.
But I know why it happens.
The course had a specific format (collapsible topic) which has disappeared.
Moodle has switch to default topic format during update and this translation parameter was shown instead.
A solution is to re validate the settings of the course with default or another format. I will try to find a more global solution...
