Hi everyone,
I have a problem with retrieving data in a feedback form.
At the moment it appears that 854 subscribers have filled in the feedback, but if I download the excel file or check the answers I see only 851.
I used a user of mine providing very particular feedback and I can't find it. If I go to the DB instead I find the data, but this is not shown in the feedback.
Can anyone help me on how to get the real data both in the downloaded file and in the answers provided?
