Dear Moodlers,
Kindly need your help as I am not able to upgrade my Moodle site from version 3.9.4 (Build: 20210118) to 3.9.11+ (Build: 20220111) as I am getting a service unavailable error after following the steps mentioned below:
1. Set the site into maintenance mode.
2. Move all old Moodle 3.9.4 (Build: 20210118) files to a folder named "Old".
3. Upload Moodle 3.9.11+ (Build: 20220111) zip file to Public_html folder and extract it.
4. Move config.php file from the old folder to Public_html.
5. isit the Moodle LMS site and login with admin username and password but an error 503 Service Unavailable is received.
What can be the issue or what I have made wrong?
