I have created a plugin in Excel, similar to this one, but being in Excel, many similar questions can be created in one go. In addition, calculated questions can be asked, using Excel functions.
It is not necessary to install it in Moodle. You just have to unzip the file you download and open it with Excel (better if it is Windows). The plugin generates the XML file that you must then import into Moodle.
