Is it possible to get the Course ID from a `payment` record with a `component` of `enrol_fee`?
I have the payment record and the `payable` instance using the `core_payment\helper` class, but I can't get any further. Also I can't figure out what the `payments` table's `itemid` refers to, is it the `context` table?
