When a student signs up for a session, they cannot signup for a second one unless the cancel the other one first.
Is there a setting or option for signing up for more than one session at a time?
Are both of the sessions delivering the same content?
Session 21-Dec-2021 is Calculus 101.
Session 25-Dec-2021 is Calculus 201. If the session is different course content - this should be its own Face-to-Face course so the students can book into both sessions.
Otherwise- if the content is the same, why does the student need to take the same course twice?

The sessions are not delivering the same content, and it would be basically a list with more than 10 sessions in one course for example, that each student has to participate in at least 5 of them. Therefore I would need an option for them to be able to signup for more than one at a time under the same face2face.

in concept, if you want to have different, related content in the same course, you need to add a new face-to-face activity and not just add another session to the existing activity.

A session belongs to the activity, so once a student has enrolled (booked) to the activity they cannot be booked again to the same activity. this is standard is all LMS applications that I have used.
