I want to change the table heading "First Name / Surname" to "Name" in Quiz report. But, no success yet. I've already tried to change that in language pack. Hope your gidance.

My understanding is that the types of name fields that appear there are controlled by "Full name format" and "Alternative full name format" in Site administration > Users > Permissions > User policies. There does not appear to be an option for a single "full name" field.
It does seem that you could set it to only be one field, but all the possibilities are only parts of a full name (first name, last name, etc.), which might not be what you want.
Note that those options control everywhere that a user's full name would appear - on forum posts, the participants menu, other tables/menus, etc. so it would not just be a change to the quiz attempts table.
